We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly offer a 30-Day Hassle-Free Return & Exchange Policy.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Original tags must remain attached
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box
- The shoe box must be protected inside a shipping box or poly mailer during transit
Please note that returns may be rejected if the original packaging is damaged or if items are returned in unsuitable condition.
Free Returns Coverage
Customers who opt for Free Returns Coverage at checkout will receive a prepaid return shipping label, allowing eligible items to be returned for FREE store credit or exchange.
If return coverage is not selected at checkout, customers are still welcome to return eligible items, but return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Marked-down or clearance items
- Final sale products
- Intimates and undergarments
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within several business days.
Out of Stock Items
In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Escape Outdoors reserves the right to issue a full refund instead of fulfilling the order.
Please note that products listed at $0 are currently unavailable and cannot be fulfilled.
